Modern and clean apartment complex with nice gardens and pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free charging oportunities for electric cars made the parking fee a good deal in our case. Overall good value for the price. Only downside was a generator humming quite loud during the nights.

Reality is not always what you see on promo pictures. This is the view from our apartment with 5 recycle bins, a lot of rubbish and very heavy and loud traffic from 6am till midnight. We booked through their own website and it does not say that there are apartments with very bad street view, and ours is not even the cheapest but a mid category apartment. We know people from the cheapest type who has a nice big private garden. Normally you can choose on other sites and pay less for rooms with such bad view and more with nice view. It seems that here it is random generated and depends on your luck. We are very disappointed to see rubbish bins and trucks for 10 days during our long waited annual vacation. We tried to ask for another room at the reception but did not understand (or did not want to understand) our problem. Sorry that we cannot speak French… we are very disappointed.

We had a great time at the Evancy-Resort in Vence. The Apartments are very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and the pool-area is just amazing. We cannot wait to come back!

We stayed for two weeks and had a fabulous time. Our apartment was spacious and very clean with superb views. The cafe was a godsend, fabulous fresh pastries first thing and right next to the pool so great for cold drinks and ice creams during the day.

There aren’t enough sunbeds for everyone and the pool staff isn’t welcoming. If you want to change your towel it costs 5€ a’ towel. No proper breakfast so you have to buy your own. Otherwise a nice hotel with a mountain view.

Lovely place, will certainly come back. Nicely equipped apartments. Friendly staff. A good base in the hills to schedule day trips to the nice sights in the surrounding.

The staff was extremely friendly and the place was superb! Excellent service provided by Helena and Justine. They went above and beyond to help us with things to do around the area. The place was clean and had scenic views. I will definitely recommend this spot and will be back if I come to Venice, FR.
